Shipping Rates and Policies
We will normally ship all in stock products with in 2 business days from the  time we receive your order.  We ship UPS and USPS  and although actual shipping time may vary you will normally receive your order in 5-10 business days.  Please allow some extra time around Holidays and other high volume shipping times.  If a product is temporarily out of stock we will send you an e mail to notify you
Cancellations:
Because we strive to ship in a timely fashion any cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing order.
Return Policy
Shop in confidence when you purchase through CompanionDogSupplies.com that you are getting quality products at affordable prices.  If you are not satisfied with any product  you may return the product for a full refund with in 30 days of receiving the product , less shipping costs.  The exception to this return policy is the Ergo Product, which must be returned directly to Ergo.  Please contact us for instructions.    If you do need to return a product please contact us at Support @ CompanionDogSupplies.com for instructions.  We will accept returns on products within the 30 days and your credit cards will be credited the refund minus shipping, handling and fright charges.
Backorder Policy
In the event  the product you have ordered is on backorder after you have placed your order you will be notified  with in 48 hours and we will do our best to help  resolve the matter for you.
Damaged Goods Policy
We do our very best to make sure the products you have ordered are in good condition when shipped.  However sometimes damage occurs  during shipping.  If this happens please contact your shipper .
